Before the sale, everything will show as "Sold Out." The site will go offline while we load inventory and go live again at the time of the sale—no password needed.
The Tuber Promise
We’re so grateful you’re supporting our little flower farm—thank you! When you buy from us, we promise your dahlia tubers will be true to their name and arrive with at least one viable eye and a healthy tuber body.
We ask that you check them over as soon as they land on your doorstep. If something looks off, email us at chenaiefarms@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order. After the 5-day inspection period, you accept full responsibility for the tubers. We only refund for variety mismatches and only up to the original cost of the tuber(s).
We do not issue refunds beyond that or cover losses due to planting conditions, pests, or other factors outside our control.
Nature can be unpredictable, so we can’t be held liable for issues like bad weather, rot, pests, poor growing conditions, or performance in your garden.
Dahlia Viruses: The Real Talk
Our tubers and fields are inspected and approved by the Oregon State Department of Agriculture. We’re strict about pulling suspicious plants, sanitize tools, and use organic pest control. But—real talk—dahlias, like all living things, can get sick.
Viruses aren’t always visible and can be transmitted by insects, even in the cleanest fields. Because of this, we do not offer refunds for virus-related issues. Buying tubers comes with that risk, and we want you to be informed.
Oops, That’s Not the Right Dahlia?
We work super hard to keep labels correct (seriously, we triple-check!), but every now and then, one might slip past us. If your bloom doesn’t match the variety you ordered, send us a photo and your order details. We’ll do our best to make it right.
Shipping Info: 2025 Season
USPS Priority Flat Rate to all U.S. states, including Alaska + Hawaii.
Flat-rate shipping: $17 per order
Please note: This is our first online sale, and we sincerely appreciate your patience as we refine our fulfillment process. Given the timing, all orders will be shipped promptly.
You'll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way. USPS delays are out of our control—please contact them directly for claims.
Combined Shipping
At this time, we are unable to combine shipping. As this is our debut online sale, we are focused on learning and refining our process. We appreciate your understanding and support as we build experience this year with the goal of offering additional conveniences—such as combined shipping—in future seasons.
Cart & Checkout
Adding items to your cart doesn’t reserve them. Your order is only confirmed once you complete checkout and receive a confirmation email.
Popular varieties in this sale are very limited and can move fast—thanks for your patience and understanding if something sells out before you finish checking out.
Substitutions
We don’t offer substitutions. If something goes wrong with storage, we’ll issue a refund for that tuber. That’s it, no swaps.
Cancellations
All sales are final. We don’t allow cancellations or changes after checkout.
That said, we do reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if, during quality control, we find a tuber that doesn’t meet our standards.
❗ Household Limits
Some rare or high-demand varieties are limited per household to help more people enjoy them. Please be kind and honest! Orders that ignore this or we suspect workarounds, we reserve the right to cancel and refund all related orders.
If a tuber sells out, we’re genuinely sorry—but we’re working hard to expand our stock and inventory. We appreciate your patience as we grow (literally)!
Respectful Communication
We know how much these tubers mean to people, and we put our hearts into growing them. If you're feeling frustrated, please remember—it's just us, a family farm, reading your messages.
Kindness goes a long way. We’re here and happy to help with any concerns, but rude, threatening, or abusive messages will result in your order being canceled and refunded.
We’re people—please speak to us the way you’d want someone to speak to you and your own family.
